· Action to be taken against the entities not having executed the ABS agreement, thereupon decided that a show-cause notice be issued to such entities for the same · Objections raised by industries against the submission of ABS · Operations Guidelines to the SBB for Processing of Applications for ABS received under Section 7 of the BD Act, 2002, thereupon decided that the edited draft is to be presented in the next meeting of LAG for final recommendations and subsequent adaptation by KBB. |
