The National Level Seminar  is designed to identify the challenges which confront women and children
while hoping to find shelter in the bustling city of Delhi. The seminar further aims to create awareness
about the need for safe, secure, and affordable shelter for street women and children who often find
themselves in precarious situations. This undertaking hopes to sensitize the community towards the
special needs of women and children when they find themselves on the streets, or in places that are
ill-equipped to cater to their needs.
